Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

Once your return is delivered to our facility, the item will be inspected by WOODYVIBES LLC to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed workmanship defect.

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be partially reduced or denied if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • The item is returned incomplete or without original packaging
  • Return conditions outlined in our Return Policy are not met

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can assist you.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in the dispute being contested with supporting documentation.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

WOODYVIBES LLC is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks after a refund has been issued.
