Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations are accepted under the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Our products are handcrafted and often made to order.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun, as they are prepared specifically according to your request.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • If production has already started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the production status of the order.
